ABSTRACT
Tip: Both the anterior (sail sign) and posterior fat pads are visible, indicating an elbow fracture and in this case a radial head fracture.
Tip: On imaging, the right heart border is frequently obliterated because the depressed sternum replaces the aerated lung at the right heart border. The differential diagnosis is right middle lobe collapse/consolidation.
