ABSTRACT

Leads II, III and aVF (C and E) point to an inferior infarct and involvement of the right anterior descending artery (see Figure 1.1 below).

The location of the changes tells you which part of the heart is affected as shown in the diagrams. These depict:

1 the position of the chest leads and the parts of the heart they investigate;

2 the position of the limb leads and the parts of the heart they investigate;

3 the anatomy of the coronary arteries.
