ABSTRACT
Different phenotypic manifestations characterize this disorder at different ages. They have been differentiated [5] as:
I infantile multisystem stage; II childhood ataxia-mental retardation stage;
III teenage leg atrophy stage; IV adult hypogonadal stage.
