ABSTRACT
Interpersonal Psychotherapy: A Clinician’s Guide is designed primarily to serve as a guide to the use of IPT in clinical settings. Throughout the book, we have emphasized the use of clinical judgment, and have also emphasized the flexibility of the treatment, as well as its applicability to a wide variety of psychiatric and psychological problems. Our goal is to disseminate IPT, which we believe to be an efficacious and effective treatment which is of great benefit to many patients.
