ABSTRACT
It is perhaps di³cult to visualize the commission of a cybercrime that results in physical harm. However, there are many stories of individuals using the Internet to acquire chemicals that are subsequently used to commit a homicide. More directly, the incidences of cyberbullying and cyberharassment have increased signi¨cantly, particularly given the popularity of social networking sites.
