ABSTRACT
For each of the following people presenting with dysphagia, select the most likely diagnosis. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.
1. A 46-year-old woman presents with intermittent severe retrosternal chest pains that occur soon after eating and are accompanied by dysphagia. She complains of no other symptoms. An ECG shows no acute abnormality and cardiac enzymes are normal.
