ABSTRACT
Costs for disabling workplace injuries in 2009 due to falls on the same level in the US were estimated to be approximately 7.94 billion US dollars or 15.8% of the total cost burden according to the data from the Liberty Mutual Safety Index (Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety, 2011).
