ABSTRACT
Most of the people reading this will have already done a threat vulnerability assessment (TVA), and in most cases, they will have done it a great many times. Threat vulnerability assessment and mitigation is the bread and butter of today’s security industry. The problem that we are trying to address in this book is that most security departments stop here. The key to antiterrorism planning lies in the steps you take after the TVA.
