ABSTRACT
Phase 2 of the ENOVALE® Solutions process directs innovation to the organic or atomic level. As stated previously, innovation begins with the individual or group of individuals with a similar mind-set. Phase 2 identifies those individuals who have similar perceptions (understanding) of innovation. Envisioning, defining, and then refining the need permits the nomination and selection process to begin. The need will identify the innovation theme or dimension providing a framework from which to nominate group members. A survey of individuals determines their understanding of innovation and support for organizational values. Selecting individuals occurs after analyzing survey results that evaluate understanding of innovation, work environment, and organizational value assessment.
