ABSTRACT

Rather than being innovative (with a defined need), the project was an operational improvement.

Maria Clara Choucair, the founder of the company, agreed with us that the project did not push the boundaries of innovation. In fact, she was concerned that the course we provided on ENOVALE would generate little value for the time invested. She and John Jairo Gomez, the chief executive officer, were a bit skeptical going into the training. The training kicked off as scheduled with an energetic, engaged, and very active group of professionals. The course was presented in English, as requested. The sessions were lively, with many questions about the process and feedback on the content and application of the materials. Summarizing the feedback provided three valuable pieces of information:
