ABSTRACT

Moving through the ENOVALE phases validates the innovation enabling it to proceed to design and development. The tangible outcome produced at the end of the seven steps can then move on to become a project within the organization. As a project, it will move from the design stage through prototyping and finally to completion. The process required to produce a successful innovation shares the name ENOVALE. Each letter represents the first letter of the word or words to describe some action to occur during the project management cycle. Strategies are those tasks, activities, and responsibilities that ensure project success. At this stage, the validated outcome moves into the design and production stages. The major difference between these two distinctive approaches to innovation is that the stage focuses on a successful project completion.
