ABSTRACT
The different types of cervical collars include flexible (soft) or semirigid, both of which provide limited immobilization, rigid, and minerva, a type of neck brace of rigid designation (Fig. 31.1).
Flexible collars are made of felt or polyethylene, enveloped in fabric. They come in different heights and lengths.
