ABSTRACT
While radiation terrorism seems a remote threat, the fact is radioactive materials suitable for malevolent usage are ubiquitous and readily available. The case that occurred recently in the United Kingdom, and the chapter that follows, underscore the need to be well trained in response to and vigilant about the threats of radiation/nuclear agents.
