ABSTRACT

Once an initial product wheel design has been generated, it should be reviewed with all stakeholders, which includes all those whose performance is impacted by how well the wheel functions, representatives of all groups who will interact with wheel execution in any way, and all who must approve any aspect of it. Their input and perspectives may uncover concerns about the design, which must be addressed. Product wheel design is often an iterative process, and so you should expect that you may need to loop back to earlier steps. The good news is that the techniques described in the earlier chapters make adjustments and revisions to the design relatively straightforward.
