ABSTRACT
Leading by Example Virtually every organization with which I have worked or talked has a vision statement, a mission statement, and a set of core values. The vision statements and values are created to guide the thinking and behavior of the organization. Because care for patients and clients is at the center of healthcare services, many of the vision statements read somewhat the same.
