ABSTRACT

The World Wide Web (WWW) was released a couple of decades ago by the European Laboratory for Particle Physics (CERN), and its growth has mushroomed to hundreds of millions of sites around the globe from a mere 623 sites in 1993 [1]. Today, the usage of the web in the world economy has become an instrumental factor. For example, in 2001, the global e-commerce market was estimated to be about $1.2 trillion, and today it has grown to many trillions of dollars [1, 2]. Moreover, there are billions of web users around the globe.
