ABSTRACT
As noted in this chapter and elsewhere, upon completion of a duplex study, an ‘official’ interpretation needs to be created (typically dictated) by the interpreting physician (Figure 8.1). Current standards of care suggest that the duplex mapping form should accompany the official interpretation report to become a part of the final report and medical record.
