ABSTRACT
Examination Examination of the musculoskeletal system revealed weakness of the left shoulder, with restriction of movement in all directions due to pain. She appeared dehydrated and had mild generalized abdominal tenderness, but the remainder of the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory and abdominal examination was unremarkable.
