ABSTRACT
A 65-year-old patient with advanced breast malignancy and a history of multiple systemic emboli suffers a stroke. On examination, there are no cardiac murmurs but an echocardiogram reveals small bland vegetations on the mitral valve. Blood cultures are negative. What is the most likely diagnosis?
