ABSTRACT
When we use system diagrams or the Three Magicians storyboards, we improve our skill to consider a complex problem-situation from new perspectives. This makes it easier to shake off the constraints on imagination imposed by various contexts we typically consider a natural state of affairs. Thinking beyond ordinary is essential for discovering a potential direction for a breakthrough innovation. Often, it involves playing with the parameters of a given problem situation, stretching the reality to the extreme. In this chapter we will introduce one more imagination development tool that helps both divergent and convergent thinking.
