ABSTRACT
Because solving infrastructure problems requires large investments, people tend to consider all large-scale investments as a Distribution Buildup phase that necessarily enables future growth. Let’s use the system model and the S curve to compare and contrast two recent technology developments labeled as infrastructure projects.
