ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we present the literature review on works on tag-based systems. First, we introduce the background of this chapter. The purpose of literature review is to gain insight in research that has been done already; in turn this process enables us to identify useful ideas, unsolved issues and shortcomings in the current methods.
