ABSTRACT

Companies that are striving for continuous improvement must –nd ways to sustain and continually improve their Management Systems. The companies that have very good Management Systems in place are working smarter, not harder. They make fewer mistakes, and when mistakes occur it is much easier to determine where and why the failures occurred. Leaders understand that a well-designed and functioning Management System will generate strong business and organizational performance. Organizations that have Management Systems in place are not –ghting spot –res daily to keep their organization a•oat; rather, such organizations are systematically improving the quality of their products, increasing production, improving employee morale and equipment reliability, and lowering the associated costs to produce their products.
