ABSTRACT
This last chapter contains the supplementary material which is technical in na-
ture but instrumental to some of the mathematical analysis in the main chapters.
The material is organized into five sections. All results in this chapter are stated
as lemmas. For convenience, these lemmas are indexed not only by the chapter
number but also by the section number.
