ABSTRACT
During program execution the projects are constructed and the program’s outcome is created. It is through the proper implementation of the program management plan that the program’s benefits will be realized. As elements of the program management plan are executed they may generate change requests. When change does occur, the monitor and control processes developed during the planning phase will be leveraged to identify the change and, if required, to take corrective action and remain on plan.
