ABSTRACT
ZnSe-Cu: The phase diagram is not constructed. The composition of metal phase does not change within the interval of Cu/ZnSe ratio α = 0.25-16 g/g, and at 800°C, 900°C, 950°C, and 1000°C, α is equal correspondingly 2.08 ± 0.13, 5.6 ± 0.3, 8.0 ± 0.6, and 10.7 ± 0.2 (Harif and Vishniakov 1975). ZnSe disappears at α > 2.6 (1000°C) and α > 6.1 (900°C).
