ABSTRACT
CdS-Li: The lattice constant of Li-doped CdS single crystals should be smaller than those of undoped crystals (Yoshizawa 1968). But reasons why the growth rate and lattice constant of the <0001> direction (c) are smaller than the ones of other directions are not clear.
