ABSTRACT
To monitor routinely the consistency of the glycosylation of recombinant glycoproteins, one must have an oligosaccharide profiling method avail able. Within the last five years, several new options for profiling have become available. To evaluate some of these methods, we have tested two different derivitizations (all with commercially available labeling kits) and four different separations.
