ABSTRACT
Although it is difficult to derive “useful” sufficient conditions, there are some results that combine the necessary conditions. We shall not spend much time on these conditions. However, there is merit in looking at some of the techniques used to derive such conditions. First recall Hilbert’s form of Euler’s Equations.
