ABSTRACT
By now, you have read the recipe for implementing the strategy of LWL. You have assessed whether you and your team have the capacity and the inclination to leverage the strategy. You developed plans, prepared to implement those plans, and started the organization moving down a path of continuous improvement and LWL. You extended your reach beyond the original targeted group on which you focused your efforts, and are now looking across organizational enterprise-wide endeavors. With that as a backdrop, let us review the types of changes you should be able to see in the areas of people, methods, and machines across the organization.
