ABSTRACT

Th e entire area of the wrench is equal to the area of a regular hexagon of side length 1 (the square “handle” fi ts in the open end of the “head”). Th us, it equally divides into six equilateral triangles or 12 right triangles. Th e right part of the divided wrench contains exactly six right triangles, which is exactly half the wrench’s area, thus the wrench is divided into two parts of the same area.
