ABSTRACT
And that is all right. at is what we were asked to do. Our project, recall, has two purposes: on the one hand, to understand designing; on the other hand, to understand what the various methods and tools of analysis have to oer design research. In that spirit, we begin with an overview of the questions, methods, and ndings of each of the four chapters in this section, followed by a few reections on what we might (or might not) learn from them about design.
