ABSTRACT

This book provides description of experimental and theoretical studies of the effects that rocket burn and launch have on the near-the-Earth environment, and on the effects of the geomagnetic field to differentiate and investigate them separately. The authors of the book illuminate the main geophysical and radiophysical effects that occur in the upper ionosphere and the magnetosphere surrounding the Earth, which accompany or are associated with rocket or cosmic apparatus burn and launch in space, from 1,000 to 10,000 km. What is very important to emphasize is that this book concentrates on the ecological consequences of such space exploration also.
