ABSTRACT
We recommend a combination of Network Sampling and Adaptive Sampling to cover such queries with provisions for keeping check on the growing sample sizes. In Chapter 2, a theory was presented covering an application to a given district with a limited area and population followed by an extension to a national canvas.
