ABSTRACT
Executing the standard sample survey method of “stratified, cluster sampling in one or more stages with equal or unequal probabilities with or without replacement” this task of course may be accomplished. But it is not hard to imagine that many selected households visited may not have any member of the above type at all. So, anticipating inadequate information content in such a standard sample survey, we recommend undertaking “Network Sampling”, instead, adapting a prescription by Thompson (1990, 1992), Thompson & Seber (1996) we adopt their formulation as follows in brief.
