ABSTRACT

In HPLC it is inevitable that something will break down at some time because so many interactions are taking place within the chromatographic processnot to mention the many moving parts within the HPLC instrument. It is tempting to dive in and try to fix the problem. However, a word of caution: You might do more harm than good. Every action needs to be documented and monitored carefully to ensure quality compliance and to ensure that future results are reliable and accurate.
