ABSTRACT
Climate change overlay applicability occurs at two levels: existing and ongoing events and phenomena that occur at an organization and country level, and global mitigation and adaptation activities that occur at the macro or UN level. In this section we address the lower-level items first, and then address the macro. Figure 14.1 lists some of the indicators of a warming world [1]. They are grouped by increasing and decreasing indicators.
