ABSTRACT
Materials aside, ESL teachers may be reluctant to use origami because they a) do not see a connection, b) cannot fit origami into the curriculum goals and, c) find the preparation and/or class activity too time consuming. Here again, understanding origami’s relationship to ESL and careful planning is key, which brings us to the raison d’être of this paper.
