ABSTRACT
The third assessment that we will discuss concerned the evaluation of a set of managerial policies implemented in the nuclear power plants operated by EDF. Devised by the central services engineers at EDF’s Nuclear Generation Division (NGD), these policies are designed to ensure proper management of the skills of the operating personnel in each of the nineteen plants operated by EDF.
