While many of Baylor Health Care System’s (BHCS’s) efforts predate the 2008 publication of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Seven Leadership Leverage Points for Organizational-Level Improvement in Health Care, they follow a similar framework:
1. Establish and oversee specific system-level aims at the highest governance level.
