This chapter continues to focus on hospital CBR compliance issues. Hospitals are multifaceted organizations that tend to become more complex as they grow in size and scope of services. In today’s multihospital systems, compliance becomes even more difficult based on size and number of services provided. Simply keeping up with organizational and service area changes in a hospital setting can be challenging from a CBR compliance view.
