ABSTRACT
Introduction Some specialized compliance programs are applicable to physician groups and medical clinics. While the diversity of compliance concerns for clinics is not generally as great as it is for hospitals, clinic compliance concerns are just as important. At the integrated delivery system (IDS) level, physicians and clinics play an important role relative to structuring and interrelationships with other providers such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies.
