ABSTRACT

Culture and infrastructure are intimately linked. If culture is the way we do things around here, then infrastructure is what aims to make it easy to do the right things. If leaders desire a culture where information flows freely to stimulate innovation, then it is helpful to have systems that facilitate information flow. If they desire a culture where everyone is facile using methods that generate creative thought, then it is important to put structures in place that effciently educate and coach on these.
