ABSTRACT
This concluding chapter discusses the way in which assessment is linked to planning and improvement, as the outcomes of the assessment process are communicated to the organization as a whole and the improvement plans are implemented. It describes ways to create a culture of assessment through periodic assessment processes and summarizes the key success factors in sustaining organizational assessment.
