ABSTRACT

Change is pervasive in organizations today. Change, from Global Targeting’s perspective, is that which produces positive results-innovative change. With respect to traditional ideas of innovation, change represents the most striking divergence, since it is a transformation of the decision-making process rather than more tangible items such as product and technology. Someone must initiate, administer, and carry out the change. Therefore, change has a very human or individual characteristic. This fits naturally into innovation, since innovation begins and ends with the individual (Figure 6.1).
