The word quality has long been a household word that broadly represents the level of approval people assign to a product or service. While the interpretation and reasons for their opinions vary among different people due to varying roles and needs, the preferences that people derive are based on how a product is made and how it will serve their individual needs. This, of course, is extremely important in marketing products; therefore, it is essential to understand the true meaning of quality and how it is influenced by the way products are produced.
