ABSTRACT
Companies and exist for one simple reason — to make money for their shareholders and investors. The good companies do this while operating legally, ethically, and responsibly. The ones that cannot make money or that will not operate properly will eventually cease to exist. These will go bankrupt or be purchased for their assets.
