ABSTRACT
In all earlier chapters we assumed that the load vs. displacement relationship is linear. In some applications, however, there is a nonlinear relationship between the loads and the displacements. This chapter presents the most widely used computational concepts of such solutions but will not focus on details of these issues, due to elaborate, specialized references, such as [1].
