ABSTRACT
An engineering plan for the dam should be developed using information collated during the design process.
This plan should include:
• all pertinent elevations; • dimensions; • extent of the cut-off trench; • other areas requiring backfill; • location; • dimensions of the trickle pipe and other planned outlet structures; and • all other factors crucial to the construction of the dam.
