ABSTRACT
Course evaluation is used to assess course contents and effectiveness of the trainer. It is part of but different from program validation, which is covered in the next chapter. Course evaluation pertains to experience from a particular training course, whereas program validation pertains to the whole training program that may include aspects such as resource allocation.
